Multiprotexion has reached an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of I.T.S. s.r.l. and its subsidiaries.
I.T.S. s.r.l., with its operational headquarters in San Marco Evangelista (CE), is an important reality on the Italian scene in the field of technological innovation for security; active since 1996, it has developed an important technological know-how in the design and realisation of security systems in the broadest sense of the term and a ramified assistance network in the main Italian cities.
The company mission of the newly-acquired company, which will remain independent in its management, consists to provide specialised engineering consultancy to companies and Public Organisations, aimed at the design, realisation and subsequent maintenance of advanced anti-intrusion protection systems, video-surveillance, integrated urban security and GPS geolocation.
The Multiprotexion’s Management says that “ITS is complementary to Multiprotexion, the operation will support the development plans of the group consolidating its position as a leader in this rapidly evolving market, as well as allowing us to start operating in markets that are new to us, related to the world of Public Administration, while remaining faithful to the concept of ‘disruptive innovation’, which has always characterised us”.
