Around 30 security guards, specialized in the management of security systems installed on vehicles, buildings and large logistics areas are our “Aquile”, as we call them, who carry out a job that is as important as it is complex, managing all the alarms that arrive at the Monitoring Room from the thousands of Multiprotexion security systems installed across the continent. Our security protection knows no borders, operating anywhere in Europe thanks to Multiprotexion’s multilingual service, with 18 supported languages allowing our “Aquile” to communicate with drivers and customers, and to have a direct and privileged channel of communication with the Police Forces of every European nation.
